What is Aircon Chemical Wash?
A chemical wash is the deepest level of aircon servicing available. Unlike a normal service (which just rinses the filter and wipes the coil), a chemical wash removes the indoor blower wheel, drain tray, and evaporator coil from the unit, then bathes each part in a food-safe cleaning agent to lift years of accumulated dust, mould, biofilm, and bacteria. The result is brand-new cooling power, drastically improved indoor air quality (particularly important for asthma sufferers and small children), and lower running costs because the unit no longer fights through clogged fins. Most KL homes need this every 6–12 months.

How often should I chemical wash my aircon?

Will the chemicals damage my aircon?
No. We use food-safe cleaning agents specifically formulated for aircon coils. They lift biofilm without damaging copper fins or drain trays. We rinse fully before reassembly.
Will my walls or floor get dirty?
No. We bring drop sheets and cling-film around the unit, plus a sealed pump system that catches all chemical runoff. Walls and floors stay clean.
How long does it take per unit?
60–90 minutes for a 1.0–2.5 HP wall-mount unit. About 2 hours for ceiling cassettes due to access. Multi-unit homes are scheduled across one continuous visit.
Is it cheaper to do a normal service instead?
